Hamilton Community Foundation to honor scholarship recipients
HAMILTON — Next week, the Hamilton Community Foundation will honor 112 area high school students who will receive more than $300,000 in foundation scholarships.
Awards range from $500 for one year to up to $10,000 per year for four years, according to Katie Braswell, vice president of programs.
“Since we began awarding scholarships in 1954, more than $5 million in scholarships have been awarded,” she said.
The ceremony will be 5 p.m. Wednesday in Parrish Auditorium, Miami University Hamilton, with a reception immediately following in the Harry T. Wilks Conference Center.
The scholarship recipients, the awards and their college destinations are:
